I’ve been trying to resolve an issue with Byte for over a year, and it’s been a complete nightmare. I’ve been continuously billed for services I never received, and despite numerous attempts to get in touch, I’ve only received generic, copy-and-paste responses.
After months of silence, I was told my case would be escalated multiple times, but no one followed up with me. Byte failed to deliver their product, and now they’re demanding that I pay out of pocket for a dentist’s letter — something that was never part of the original agreement. This seems like a stall tactic to avoid taking responsibility for their mistakes.
To make matters worse, my repeated requests to speak with a supervisor have been ignored. This company has shown no care for their customers or for resolving issues fairly. I’m stuck paying for services that were never completed, and they continue to avoid providing a resolution.
I strongly advise against using Byte. Their lack of accountability, failure to deliver, and terrible customer service have caused nothing but frustration. I’m now taking further steps to resolve this through the Better Business Bureau and other public platforms.
Recommendation: Find a more reputable company or get aligners through a dentist near you! It might cost more to go through a dentist but you would at least know they are doing it right and you will not be in a mess that I am with Byte.
