There's a new store in Clarksville Tennessee on Providence street. Store 7172. Tried paying at the pump with my card, entered my pin number said select fuel and before I could select the fuel it said transaction canceled. And they are saying it'll be 4 days Before I get my money back. Before anyone comes at me, there's was sufficient funds and I never pumped one red cent. The manager at the store was rude as hell and the cooperate office said it would be 2-3 days before someone contacts me. I'm on disability had my 2 dogs with me and no one gave two [censored]s. Never using this damn gas station again. This happened today 8/31/2023. Sorry [censored] customer service.

My daughter bought a celsius energy drink 5 min before I did. She was charged $3.99, I was charged $2.99 for the same drink. The gas station attendant entered the drinks by hand instead of scanning them. I had to ask 2 times to get a receipt and when I checked the cooler there was no price.

This store has no accountability for their prices and the cashiers/owners raise their prices for women and minorities. The people there are the lowest type of people, those who take advantage of others for an extra $1.

This is the Raceway off of I-85 (exit 19,) near Clemson University. We where there on 2023.06.17 at 2:17pm. The receipt says that Patel was the name of the Cashier for the transaction.

On 1/5/2023 @18:34:53 I ran my credit card on pump 16. I used unleaded 87. During my fueling experience. I noticed THE SEAL, was BROKEN. The security seal on the pump 16.

I took 11.211 gal @ $3.15 =$35.42.

I notified my bank. NAVY FEDERAL CREDIT Union.

I would like to be notified, about this situation. As soon as Possible!

I believe fraud has been done and I need to report it.

I’ve gone into the raceway store on Center Street located in New Iberia, La, to speak the store manager, Mabel, but she was not there both times I went. On Wednesday morning (11/9) shortly after 6 AM, my husband, fully dressed in his military uniform, stopped at that location and put $20 worth of fuel, and the next morning, which was Thursday, November 10th His vehicle stalled twice and then wouldn’t start while on his way to work which resulted in it having to be towed. Below I have copied and pasted the link with the video from Acadiana Mazda, showing the reason for his vehicle stalling, and I’ve also attached a photo from the service department as well. In the photo, you’ll see a mason jar with the red line-the top of the red line is fuel, and below it is water. I’ve been trying to reach out to the franchise owner and store manager, with no response from them at all, and would like to resolve this as quickly as possible, as it resulted in a bill which totaled $591.05

I went today to fill up gas to Raceway station located at 215 US 9, English-town, NJ 07726. A chubby Mexican person took my credit card and disappeared. When the tank was full, he was talking to another person, then went to the office and didn’t pay to me any attention. I horn , had a doctors appointment. He came screaming at me that I should wait. He was acting very angry. I’m a white handicapped lady.

He drop my credit card in the car and hit my car with a fist. I get out of the car and told him that will call police. He told me that he “f” white people.

july 4th around 7pm evening:

I went to Raceway gas station (highway 100/palm coast) to get gas. I went inside the station & waited in line & paid at the cashier and I used my credit card ($35.). I was pleasant to cashier & he was cordial.

I proceeded outside & pumped ~ 1/4 gallon of gas & suddenly the pump began pumping very slow.

I kept trying to pump more gas & it still only pumped very slow, but was still filling (rate~ 1mm/10 sec).

I went into the store and waited in a long line & I very pleasantly explained what was happening at the pump (I was waited on by same/initial cashier). I was extremely patient & friendly. He told me to talk to his manager. He went into a private room with his manager & explained what happened to her. They both came out of the back room together & approached me.

The manager came to the cash register & yelled at me, in a hostile tone (blaming me for the problem at the pump). I again explained what happened, and that I just wanted to get gas. She continued to be belligerent and wouldn't help me. She told me to go outside and remove the pump from my car & then wait in the (long) line again. She didnt explain what the problem was & she remained hostile (for no reason). I did the above & waited in line again. She then told me to go to another gas station because "they were out of high-test". I told her I didnt care whether I got hi-test of not, I just wanted gas. Then she made me place my card in the card reader again re-charged me $35. I asked her multiple times if she credited me 2x and she ignored me and wouldn't answer the question. She looked on the the next customer. The manager's name is Liz.

By the way there was NO sign on the pumps or the cashier didnt tell us that there is "no high-test gas available". But this didnt bother me, it was the hostility towards me (for no reason).

I wanted to report this person, because I don't think this is the kind of person who Raceway wants to represent their company. She is very rude to customers & actually encouraged me to go get gas at another gas station.

At the Raceway located at 4594 N Palafox St

Pensacola, FL 32505, store #6877. I have been sexually harassed multiple times by a male cashier who works the morning shift. He is white with an ear ring and elder. He made the comment that he would “like to swing off of me like a jungle gym”. Also while I was using the bathroom he walked behind me and tugged on my shirt while I was urinating. I am extremely uncomfortable using this location and believe this is extremely unprofessional.

I went twice to the station on Halsey and Rt 202 in Parsippany New Jersey. Both incidents happened during the same week. First time I told the service provider to get me $50 dollars cash of regular, he put in $100, of course I didn't have enough and paid with a credit card.

The second time, I told him $50 credit card and he charged me $50, but 25 time, $1250.00 dollars. Now I not only have $1250 dollars less in my checking account, I also have to go to the process of getting my money back.

Totally unacceptable.

Last incident took place May 14th in the morning.

I stopped by Raceway to get Gas and I'm not sure if your aware that your Employee Courtney Butler She also goes by Courtney McCormick she works in the Milton area raceways . I terminated her for theft . She stole over $200 out of the register and she was fired and trespassed from the circle K in Milton . I later found out she also stole from her previous employer before circle k .

Three weeks ago I stopped at Raceway for gas on the corner of Westgate/Hwy 431, Dothan, AL. I go to this gas station every Sunday for a fill up because I travel 50 miles a day to Fort Rucker. I am 62 year old women who has NEVER filed a complaint of disrespect against a proprietor before. Three weeks ago, 18 July 2021, I stopped to fill up at pump #11. The pump would not take my American Express or my debit card. When I pushed the help button, he rudely told me to go to another pump. I left and filled me car at another gas station. Today I inadvertently stopped at the same pump, all the other pumps were presently filled. When I realized it wasn't working I pressed the button for help and was cut off in mid sentence and told (not asked) to go to another pump or come inside. When I went inside I asked to speak to the manager or owner. I told him I did not appreciate his disrespectful and abrupt demeanor. The gentleman told me he was the owner and I was lying that the pump was working 3 weeks ago. He then interrupted me in mid sentence and asked me to leave and go to another station. I have NEVER had any proprietor speak to me in such a rude, disrespectful, abrupt and embarrassing demeanor. I do plan to lodge a complaint to Rick Pate, the Alabama Commissioner, and to the Dothan City Manager. I realize this station doesn't need my business but he should not be permitted to speak to any customer in that fashion.

Most of the employees who work there in the evening shift are illegal immigrants . They don't have work permit. Some of them also work in morning too. I have called the law (ICE) already and i would do it again. I call business bureau because they sale Fake JUUL and FUME electronic cigarettes. I would like to see some action from Raceway headquarter ASP. I live right behind the store so i will find out what action you guys took. Thanks

Today I went to to the above car wash in Tempe Az which calls it self Raceway
I have a charge to my card monthly for carwashes and it would not work the young man working there said the problem was my card had been declined
I showed him my Citi card app and the statement which showed a charge for
University car wash on MAY 2 2021 he leaves and a second man returns and tells me the same story and its not his problem that I should take care of my business and pay my bills and my card would work. To say the least this is probably the worst example of customer service. I am a retired VP of Sales for national Home builder and if a former employee of mine treated a customer in this way I would terminate him. Since you don't publish your contact phone number I Canceled my card and order a new one so next time you run it It really wont work. And since I am retired I will tell all my neighbors to stay away from your location since you are only 2 blocks away
