On 9/4/2023 I went in to cash my lottery ticket in and I had won 110$ on a twisted tic tac toe when I went in I had my pajamas on my shoulder. I gave the employee my ticket whrn he scanned it there were two tickets come out I won 100$ in game one plus the cherrie bonus which was 10$ I only recieved the 10$ for the bonus but he kept my 100$ prize money the time was 4:40 or about since I have been trying to contact you and have recieved no answer I eill be filing a lawsuit because this should not happen by your employees then you dont answer
