I purchased a type-c Android phone charger made by ESOULK...10ft Heavy duty USB cable... The charger fit my phone perfectly but it did not charge the phone it did not work at all so I tried to bring it back to exchange it but the manager told me that it doesn't matter if they work or not we don't exchange or give money back I didn't want my money back I just want to exchange for one that work and I was giving her the one that didn't. I understand about not getting your money back but I don't think it's right I pay $13 and change for a charger that is not working right out the box.
