They took my payment but never shipped the items and tracking searches on there website say "order not found". Their email address does not work!

I also tried to contact them through live chat but that doesn't work either!

I should have researched this company before buying from them. Warning! Do not be suckered in!

I have returned a parcel with 6 items in it over a month ago and only 5 have been refunded -to date I have sent 13 emails and pictures to "icey" who keeps apologising but to date has not refunded the monies - it is absolutely appalling service - I run business' in the UK and would be bankrupt by now if I traded like this. I buy a huge amount of product from China and have no issues normally. Trading standards need to look into this company - we are still owed £59. 00 and they are refusing to pay it out.

They contacted me to say the bag I have ordered is not the same. Unfortunately I do not like the bag they want to replace it with but when they emailed me they have no return email address so am unable to contact them to say I want my money returned.
I have since looked at reviews for there site and have found out that they are not a reputable company for dealing with returns so am opting for my money to be returned before I receive the product that I do not want.

I bought a shirt that was described as "Splitting Summer Women Loose Cotton Linen Black Shirt - One Size Fit S/M/L (EU 36-44, US6-14, UK8-18, AU8-18, NZ8-18) / Black". Looked very cute on model. Received the shirt today and it's not linen but cheap polyester, sized to fit a child, the split was made by a pair of scissors. I checked on how much it would cost to return and it was twice what I paid for the shirt! Stay away from this company. Clothes look very modern and cool on the web site but are poorly made.

Do not order from this company. Poor quality for the price. They are out of the country and do not advertise that on their website. You can not return unless you pay for the return which is in singapore/china. The clothes I purchased came to $200 and they wanted to make me pay another $150 to return. I tried to reason with them and their response was to give me a 5% discount on my next order. I'm appalled by their business practice. Shameful and deceiving

I ordered the forever hungry "light blue" pullover. It arrived approximately 3 weeks after it was ordered. As soon as my mailman delivered it on a bright sunny dry day, I carefully removed it from it's flimsy plastic package. It was wet! I re-examined the plastic bag... Nothing of interest. The collar was shreded and totally beyond repair. It was advertised as "light blue" but it is gray-green and cannot be worn with my light blue capris for which it was intended. This is the third time i've given buykud a "second" chance. Wrong decision! Previously, I ordered size 40 shoes and was sent size 37 (size not stamped in shoe but it fit my friend who wears a 37 or usa 6 1/2) which I had to give away...; then I ordered a one-size-fits-all (including my size 10-14)... The "long sleeves" were elbow length which I loathe and upper arms too narrow; the custom do-over at the seamtress cost me $70. This company should be eliminated! I've always ordered direct from china which was my small way of saying "good to do business with our new partner in trade"... I feel so sorry for those ordering from amazon because I cant leave a comment on that site for these particular items. Horrific. Unacceptable. Wrong wrong wrong. I am a professional psychiatric clinician retired. We have a saying: the definition of insanity is trying to correct repeated mistakes with the same response. Yes, I am insane for ordering from this company, again. I have sent buykud emails with no reply. I have no intention of trying to recoup my loss by sending it back (impossible according to multiple complaints, anyway); the company rules for a return must be received within 2 weeks of delivery and no damage to item (arrived with damage)... I'm crucified on both counts even though it was damaged before it was packaged. No, I am going to eat my loss as punishment for being such an insane idiot living on a fixed income with 3 university degrees. Fool me once is on you. Fool me twice is on me. Fool me a third time and I admit to being an insane person. Never again. I returned to the page where the item is presented and when "reviews" is clicked... It says "none received"... Oh yes, i'm sure none have been received; i've got a big neon picture in my mind of reviews similar to mine being deleted. Please dont purchase from this company. It must be chinese govt's way of doing damage to well meaning american democrats who believe in being good neighbors to other countries around our world

I ordered a dress that did not appear like the image on the website and when I tried to return the item, they made it impossible to return and refund. I went to their website where they reference a form that needs to be filled out which does not exist and when I contacted them via messenger they told me the dress I had was the correct dress, andI showed them a screen shot from their site which clearly shows 7 images of a dress on a model and one on a hanger and the one on a hanger is a different dress. Sleeves are different. Anyway, they are nonresponsive, not enclosing even a shipping label to facilitate a return or option for refund. Horrible customer service I am stuck with a dress I'll never wear and I'm out $78.

I purchased $ 189.44 for 3 clothes when I got them t were not fit and so they were very ugly with bad and cheap quality, I wanted to return them but their return policy and customer service was very nonsense and unresponsive, they didn't help me to return, and I can't send back purchases,
when I called to their customer services somebody asked me my date of birth, email addresses and characteristics that they didn't need to know, I think they want to access to my account, and I think this seller is a fake site,
by the way I can not find a way to solve this problem to return them and refund my money

I wish I saw all the reviews and comments earlier, that would have saved me and my money. I had a very bad experience with Buykud and this has taught me a lesson. Next time I'll read the reviews first.
Anyway, I made my order and when everything arrived I was shocked! My entire order looked terrible. Items were poorly made and some items had small holes. Also when I opened the package I immediately felt that nasty smell.

I tried to find their contact information, but found nothing. I can't return items and can't get a refund. This website is not to be trusted, don't give them your money!
