Ownkoti will not issue a refund for a purchased item that did not reach my residence. USPS has helped track the lost item from TX and, have sent me a picture from the mail carrier so that I may see the different address! ( Ownkoti will not search ) Two different warehouses, not attached the Ownkoti company the item was returned to Indianapolis, IN 46219. The signed item was given to warehouse front named Shirotech. However the name on the return label is Rosewood B...?

The USPS has returned it to the original address, which seems to be shell company. Ownkoti has emailed a reply, Ownkoti has said that they have item. However if I 'wish' will send my item back for an extra $20?

Fraud. The company has no listing with Better Business Bureau.

They have my item and will not issue refund even though I have never put hands on my item. Buyer BEWARE
