Purchased a refurbished 83"LG TV on 8/30. After many emails, phone calls, texts, I finally talked to a"customer experience rep" and I was offered a $400 refund if I accepted delivery and changed my ratings from 1 to 5 stars. I complied with the agreement. it was finally delivered on 9/18 by some random older guy with a van. He was alone, so I had to help get it into my house. Customer service never did what they promised. I tried 3 times to cancel the sale due to the ineptness of this company. They refused though they said they would. It's now been over 2 weeks from delivery and no $400 refund. Also, when the TV was advertised, it included a 4 year extended warranty. I have tried for the past 2 weeks to have them honor this, but I have been unsuccessful. I've tried to talk to someone who could do something about this, but service won't allow me to talk to a supervisor. I also tried emailing the CEO, but he doesn't take emails from customers. SURPRISE! Every step of the way this has been a major hassle. Don't know if they are inept or a SCAM. Stay away from this company!

Desired outcome: Honor the agreement for $400 and the 4 year extended warranty.
