Bought an item that was junk. Made very flimsy, wouldn't even stay together. They agreed to refund the item price, but not the shipping. This will end up costing me about 8 dollars to sent this junk back. If you sell something that is made this poorly, and you WANT TO KEEP CUSTOMERS you should be willing to refund the shipping that customers have to pay. Don't think that we will be buying from them again.

I was solicited to sign up for TRU ENERGY to be my energy provider. They informed me that I will get a lower cost. I signed up on the phone. The first two bills were less. I was thrilled so I did not check my next four months bills assuming I was still making the savings. Then I decided to check again and noticed I was being charged 81% higher. It is fraud!!!
