Michelle, I personally went to Mr. Tony Rubio's home address and he is still there. In fact, we hired a pi and he also works at Disneyland at night as part of the clean up crew. He is not in San Francisco.
Has anyone had luck taking this man to court? I'm pretty sure I have been the victim of his terrible scams and he owes me A LOT of money. If anyone has any information please let me know. How many people does it technically take to crate a class action suit?

Tony Rubio is at it again. He is now doing fraud in the construction business and window shutter business. He will hire people or sub contractors to do jobs and never pay them. Then he will say that he has not been paid, when in fact he has and people have witnessed it. Be careful, everything coming out of his mouth is a lie. He does not even hold a valid business license and keeps changing phone numbers. His words of PROMISE and I ALWAYS DELIVER are complete lies. Not right to con hard working people!

Tony Rubio has also scammed us! We paid him around $1600 to help us prepare bankruptcy documents. It's been months and he is playing the cat and mouse game. My husband got a judgement against him and he said he would respond to the court on his behalf and he asked for the court fees which we gave him and come to find out he never responded to the judgement, and now there's a lien being put on my house. Yes he always has one of his daughters in the car, and leaves her waiting outside in the car. He says he will call and he never does. He thinks he's invincible and preys on the innocent. There has to be a way to bring him to justice!
Tony and his daughters are scammers, they stole $1, 200 from my mother, every time i see tony he runs the other way, his daughter drives a white BMW with the plates that read VAN4LAW they both live scamming people. Tony lies so much that he makes you feel sorry for him, his butch daughters or the 3 stooges as some one put it all live the same way. one of them thinks shes a lawyer and helps her dad scam people by giving the look while her dad comes in and smooth talks others the other two look like the ugly step sisters from cinderella. I hope someone takes this man to court, I have tried many times to collect from him just to be told he will give me money or a check but when the day comes nothing happens and he disappears.

Tony Rubio is a scammer. He has owed me 25, 000 for the past 14 years he and his family are scam artist. I have been to court over 30 times dealing with this ###. He spent about 3 weeks in jail crying to the judge and his corrupt attorneys. I would love to see him behind bars again. Feel free to contact me.

Yeah I know where he lives because my sister lives around there and he's always harassing us. My father is suing him he has court on Tuesday we should all get together to try and tell the judge everything that has happen. My fathers friend also gave him money and when he didn't do anything my dads friend told him to pay him back and tony told him that if he said anything he was going to kill him. He also told my father that. He's still scamming people and every weekend hes in a different car
He also did that to my mom except he took from us almost 3 thousand dollars, his daughter sleeps around with married men and they like harassing my sister and my nieces. He likes taking money from people because he also took money from this man saying he would get him tickets to take his sons to Disneyland but he never got the poor man his tickets. He is a lying piece of ###. His daughter is the same thing the money that they take from people they use to fix up their shed yet he never feeds his daughters. When we were cool his daughters would go begging my sister for food because he would leave with people's money to go blow it off somewhere yet he left his three ugly daughters with out food.
