Burger King Saudi Arabia Riyadh

I have a complaint regarding the quality of food and health in BK Saudi Arabia Riyadh can you transfer me or ask somebody to talk to me so I can raise my complaint because I cannot reach any of the managers in charge about the food quality in Riyadh because they are using this branch as a training centre so the number of people per area is higher than the standard and that Will affect the quality and health of food

Burger King staff

dear sir/madam

i visited your establishment last week dated 11th October 2017
i came to burger king with my partner and 4 children we came for dinner as my son has just had heart surgery and wanted to eat at his favorite restaurant
the staff was unhelpful when it came to no toilet roll toilet saying they will replace in a minute with my son in toilet waiting and still after 10mins no show our food was cold by the time we got to eat it and when i complained they said they had to serve other customers first so we walked out and through the food away this is very upsetting as we have four children and the food cost us nearly £40 and it was wasted and we are only a one parent working family so dont eat takeaway often this is very distressing that a restaurant is run so poorly and staff so unhelpful

Burger King big fish meal combo

I visited Darlington D.C. Burger king today ordered a big fish meal and an extra big fish sandwich drove 3 miles back home ready to prepare the meal for my elderly Parents to find both sandwiches had crispy brunt buns, no lettuce or tomato on the sandwiches. Called back to the restaurant spoke with Chris the mgr he said I told him what I had gotten and didn't have time to drive back there had to get to work all he could say was he was sorry but upper mgmt was talking to them and they rushed the order. I didn't appreciate his response or my order. I GIVE 100% on my job and would like for them to do the same. I Think they knew it was messed up because both cashier had a lot to laugh about I was in a hurry but I shared the story with my crew at work, Customer Service Training is need at this location#4837 407 Lamar Hwy Darlington D.C. a wasted $10.54. Please address these [censor] that customer is totally uncalled for. Thank You in advance for your attention.

Burger King window workers

I was at the Burger King in lake City Florida, going through the drive through and waiting on my food to get through the window. As I was sitting there I witness a young lady her name tag said Megan on it, step onto the counter where the cups, cash machine and drink dispenser was and get something from onto of the drink dispenser. Yes, she stepped onto the place where she put my drink, and my daughters drink 3 minutes before hand. Then I notice she had her own drinking cup( it was clear with brown drink in it) sitting on the drink dispenser as she continued to sip from it and sit it back down which BOTH are very unsanitary and disgusting to me. Even worse her manager watched her do it and didn’t say a single thing about it.

I would like to confess that none of this really happened. I made it up because Megan and the manager witnessed me yelling and swearing at my daughter. She was in the front seat with me and I started hitting her because I was angry at her.I made this up to cause trouble for both of them because I found out that they reported me to CPS who showed up at my door. They told me that my daughter cannot sit in the front seat and that I have to get a car seat for her.They also told me that if i don't attend anger management classes that I could have my daughter placed in foster care. THat this was just a warning and that they would keep in contact with me with weekly meeting. I was so angry at her for reporting mee that I made all of this up.

Burger King going through the drive through

I was going through the drive through and I had forgotten my wallet so I was going to use my Apple Pay to pay for my food if it could be done. I had no problem with going back to get my wallet but I figured I'd try. Once I asked the cashier about it all she did was laugh at me. So of course I asked for a manager, then the manager laughed at me as well.
So I left, I just really feel like they could of atleast not laughed at me.

Burger King customer service

My wife grandkids stopped at Burger King on Oct 15 th2017 at 6:30 pm stood waiting for 15 minutes at the counter no one tried to help us I know there was only 3 employees there but they took care of people going to the drive through just fine no acknowledgement from any of the employees my wife complained to the manager all he said we have 3 employees working whining he made no offer to make it right like a discount or sorry we're busy but like I said dive thru customers ordered after us got taken care off never been treated like this at Burger King so no more of my business and I will tell others not to eat there horrible customer service

Burger King unhelpful possibly racist employee

i come to this burger king alot & just live down the street. denver corner of alameda and sheridan. i have app on my phone and there is a black lady marcelaina always telling me she can't get app code to work so i don't get to eat. she is also not very friendly or polite when she deals with me. i am disabled and have little money and cannot afford to pay regular prices and have to rely on app for savings. i am 54 years old and have native american blood so i know what discrimination is all about. it is always hard to prove but i know she is a racist. i am getting tired of her treating me like she does not have to serve me. what can you do about this?

Burger King poor customer service and wrong food given

10/14/2017 store number 3836, ordered a double whopper with cheese, tomato and onion and ketchup. what I got was a double whopper no cheese no ketchup lettuce and tomato. I sent it back and what I got was a single whopper with no cheese ketchup, lettuce and onion. I sent it for a third time what I got was a double whopper with cheese, tomato, onion and this time no ketchup. this time I got the store manager and all could say was sorry. really wtf kind of people you got working here. they all were clearly not paying attention and did not care. btw when I asked for buffalo sauce in my original order I did not get it either neither did she acknowledge it. is proper customer service a hard concept for toy people. also did not get a receipt with my order. neither was I asked if I wanted one.

Burger King product was the worst i've ever had.

I stopped at a Burger King in Earle, Arkansas on my vacation. I ordered a Crispy Buffalo Chkn Melt. It was the worst I have ever eaten! The associate pour so much sauce I couldn't eat the bun. It was dripping with sauce. The bun was so soggy and I had to wipe the chicken and unmelted cheese in order to eat it. I will never recommend this place again. What a disappointment this was. Someone needs to show these people how to fix a good sandwich.

Burger King poor service - unfriendly attitude

Arrived 7:50 pm on October 13, 2017, with my wife and her aged parents. They sat down while I stood to order. Waited for quite some time with no one acknowledging me. Instead I had to listen to arguing in English and Spanish among the employees. They looked unkempt and acted unprofessional. Some acted like they didn't know what they were supposed to do, while one woman was bossing some. When I told my family, "Let's get out of here", one of the pitiful employees yelled "Good Bye!"
This is also the second time I have seen this store at night with its lights turned off. There is an unlit Burger King logo sign on the building but it is not listed as a Burger King on the Burger King website which is very odd. Please check into this operation immediately...something isn't right!

Burger King people fighting behind the counter

So I went to South belt burger king in saint joseph missouri early this morning to get some breakfast but I also got something I didnt ask for. There were two people behind the counter being so very disrespectful arguing and cursing and its just totally unacceptable. People shouldnt go somewhere to get a meal and have to sit and listen to that crap or watch people fight. You guys need a better boss and you need to better handle these situations because its simply disgusting how you guys work.

Burger King was a big bug in my drink

I bought breakfast at Burger King on Tyler and Central in Wichita Kansas for me and my grandson we go in there every Friday because he has an appointment out that way and I take him to the appointment we eat breakfast at Burger King and then I take him on to school after we left I took my drink with me and I love to eat my eyes so I opened the top to begin to eat the ice with the drink was all gone and there was a big water type bug beetle and my drink I was already almost back across town because I do not live on that side of town so I didn't go back to the store but I called and no one answered several times I left a message and ask them to call me but no one has called me at this time my name is Julie Williams my phone number is [protected] I would like to hear from someone and have some type of compensation. It makes me think that at least the restaurant needs to check things like that more frequently that could possibly be a health code.

Burger King chicken garden salad & chicken parmesan meal

On october 12th at 5:45pm at the cherry hill, nj burger king on rt38 I bought a chicken parmesean sandwich and chicken garden salad the fries were extremely-extremely salty the chicken inside the salad was improperly prepared it was cut into two slices one 7/8 and a 1/8 it looked like they just threw the meat right on in there without care the parmesan sandwich wasn't to bad it was a little sloppy but atleast tasted good it was the only enjoyable part of th meal

Burger King wopper

Your Blackfoot Idaho store could use a class in food allergies. I am deathly allergic to onions. If I come into contact with onion or the oil that onions have I have a severe life threatening reaction. I asked them to double check my order. They did not even look. I paid and got my two whoppers with cheese with NO ONION. I got two whoppers. No cheese and lots of onions. I had to throw both away in the garbage. I wasted 6.36 that I could not even give to my wife who s like me. Allergic to onions. Now today I ask for a dr. Pepper and a coke. Not even right there either. Neither. Root beer. Yuck! He people in the drive through need to start doing quality assurance. That's what I do for a living. Two faults requires me to do a line shut down and figure out what the issues are, fix the problems and continue manufacturing with controls until the issues are non existent. I think you need to start doing that. It's not like we can take it back to the store when we are on the interstate highway.

Burger King service

My name is maria and i attended the burger king located in paterson nj, on spruce st and while i was there having breakfast i noticed one of the managers blonde short lady arguing with one of the employees who was on brake i guess because she was sitting down eating and to my perspective the way the manager was refering to her was very very offensive. I think for her being a manager it was not the way to be talking to her employees because she needs to give respect in order to receive it back and its been a couple of times that ive seen this happen and i decided to complain about it now because i felt that it was not the way to talk to her employee i hope the company do somethin about this manager

Burger King fight with manager

October 11, 2017
I just had a fight with the manager at 3520 s Sepulveda Los Angeles, ca. I took my order at the drive thru and enjoyed a tasty whopper in the parking lot. I drove back into the empty drive thru and asked the manager for a refill please, he told me I should just go inside and get it myself ( the whole point of the drive thru was to avoid walking on my broken foot ), I explained that to him but he stuck to his guns. Well it escalated very quickly and we ended up exchanging some nasty words, I left bk on bad terms

Burger King disgusting food and poor customer service

My son and I went to the BK at 7510 E State St in Rockford Il. I have always loved your long chicken sandwich...Until now. Ave NEVER had such nasty food before from any fast food place. The chicken was so old the pieces had separated. I took 1 bite and almost vomited it was so bad. I figured at least I have the fries. Nope. Even they were horrible. My sons meal wasn't much better. The employees 1st gave me someone else food then after they joked around I got mine. The place was empty. They were more interested in having fun then helping me.
I'll NEVER go to Burger King again, that's how bad it was! And I thought McDonalds was nasty. Now I add Burger King.

Burger King whopper

I purchased a whopper among other items on 10/7/2017. I unfortunately missed the deadline for the survey. I wanted to let you know that I was completely unsatisfied with the Whopper. It was barely edible.

I am a huge fan most of the time and made a special trip to this restaurant in hopes to satisfy my craving. This time it came with barely any lettuce. Only a few pieces of soggy shredded lettuce (gross). It was barely warm with minimal sauce. I had to actually open it to see if there was even sauce or lettuce on it.

I am hoping this was a fluke and that your burgers have not lowered to this standard. For 4.99 I was expecting much more than what I received.

I almost wonder if it was just sitting too long in the warmer.

Burger King employee rudeness.

This morning I went thru the drive thru in ware shoals SC. I ordered my food and was given my complete order. I pulled around and went in. I talked to the shift leader about my order. It was an easy fix but instead met with the most rude person in my life. While I was waiting on my order this same shift leader was talking about me to other employees. All I wanted was my order that I already paid for. During my wait I purchased a drink. The drink area was so nasty I didn't even want it anymore. I almost fell because the floors at the drink area was so wet and dirty. When my order was finally done, I mentioned to the same leader and again given her nasty attitude. I will never come back to this burger King and will tell all my family and friends not to go either. I hope this will help resolve this issue if not will lose a lot of your business. I ask the lady what her name was and she said Kim why. Rudeness again

Burger King crispy chicken sandwich

So i had gone to BK and bought myself a crispy chicken sandwich meal. On my first initial bite into the sandwich, the chicken itself was as hard as a bone, could not bite into it whatsoever, and on top of that it wasnt cooked all the way, i found it cold as well. I am nowhere near a Burger King, so to drive back there and get a refund and/or meal is not worth my time. Really disappointed in the meal i had been given
