Dan, the owner, admitted that the first system installed hasn't been providing enough energy and said he'd put in new panels to fix it. I paid for 2 new panels upfront, but it's been 6 months and he still hasn't installed them, even though I paid already. He keeps promising to get the job done and pay my electric bill caused by his mistake, but he hasn't done either yet.
