I will be paying Prime Energy Solar $500 monthly for 20 years, and they assured me that the government will refund me. They also promised that the amount will never increase. However, recently, someone from their team informed me that I have to pay an additional $1,000 by April . If I don't, my monthly payment will go up to $1,500. I'm confused and concerned about where my savings are going.
