Orange County Solar

I signed a contract with Orange County Solar on 10/23 for $18,333. They said I could finance the cost, making my monthly payment $74 for 20 years. The sales guy convinced me it was cheaper than my current bill. I was excited and signed the contract. But they were dishonest and told me to finance with their partner during the job. Long story short, I had no choice but to finance with them since they already installed the panels. Now my monthly payment is $143, way higher than my average bill! They lied at the beginning and put me in this position, causing me a lot of anxiety and stress. They haven't finished the job but still expect payment. When I asked them to complete the job first, they put a pre-lien on my house. It's already March and they haven't finished. I scheduled multiple times for them to come and install, but they keep delaying.
