I gotta say, I'm pretty ticked off at Delaware River Solar. I ain't never signed up for their services, but somehow they got my info and signed me up anyways. I been gettin' my electric from NYSEG, but now they say I'm with Delaware River Solar and ain't sent me a bill since May. I tried to get in touch with Delaware River Solar, but they ain't been no help. It's lookin' like they done pulled a fast one and got my personal info without my permission. I called NYSEG again on July 26, 2022, and they said I'm still with Delaware River Solar, so I guess I'm stuck with 'em for now. Not happy 'bout it, that's for sure.

They got a new customer portal where you can see your savings, the solar farm location, and past invoices. If you're on automatic payment, you don't have to do anything. But if you're not, click on the blue button to pay within 7 days. If you're not sure about your payment method, click on the blue button to check. If you got questions, call their customer service at *** or ***. Thanks for choosing them and let's hope for sunny days!
