Bubbly Belle I am complaining about Order #2298337 Item missing

Order #2298337 submitted on 8/28/23 and received today 8/31/23 was missing an item.

I only received 4 of the 5 items listed on the invoice.

Believe bath bomb, 2 Destress bath bombs and Lavender bath bomb.

The Free Premium Ring with Purchase was not included in order.

Since I was to receive this item I want it.

Will you send this item to me?

This is not the first time this item was missing from an order of mine.

I will have to make a decision on whether to cancel my membership with you or not.
