We purchased a roadside assistance through Safeco as an ad to our policy. My husband locked in the keys, and required an assistance. The next thing we know we have a claim on our record, which would also affect our premiums. Had it be explained to us during the sales process that any roadside assistance would be treated as "a claim" we would have never proceeded with Safeco. We had Allstate in the past and the roadside assistance was never held "as a claim"

Zero stars, because Alliance & Associates Insurance fraudulently process ACA applications. They provided false information that I did not provide, yet filled out on my behalf. In the case of my wife and myself, they falsely stated that we were never smokers, when in fact we both are. I was forced to agree that everything was true and correct under penalty of a felony over the phone. However, upon receiving an email from Mr. D *** (Senior Agent), I discovered that the information provided was fraudulent. I immediately called him to cancel, but he still proceeded with the processing and charged my credit card.

Chelsea Caster was phenomenal. Immediately upon contacting me she stayed engaged and took everything into consideration. Even after beginning the process only to end the contract on a home and then start the process all over again with a new home she remained very flexible and readjusted easily to the new home. Thank you for the excellent customer service and I look forward to many years with you. I would gladly recommend Alliance Insurance to anyone wishing to purchase home insurance in Florida.

Great service, competitive prices, year-after-year! I routinely compare policies and prices every year, and Alliance & Associates Insurance offers the best quality policies, with consistently fine service. Recently, Customer Service Rep. Abigayle was particularly helpful, solving my request with speed and accuracy. My agent, Connie B, has also gone above and beyond, on numerous occasions, to be helpful and highly informative. Working for a mortgage broker who deals with insurance companies on a daily basis, it was an extreme pleasure to do business with Judy F @ Alliance & Associates Insurance. I called for a mortgagee change, not only did she have me email her the request but she stayed on the phone with me and processed it and sent it over before hanging up. Superiour service. I had what i needed within minutes of calling. I wish all companies were so easy to work with. I highly recommend them. Customer service is excellent and Judy was a pleasure to work with!

I have several insurance policies on my home and vehicles. Today I was extremely pleased to work with Cheyenne R to open an additional policy we needed. I can honestly say, Alliance has been a great company to work with! They do their research to find the perfect insurance policies for your needs. Cheyenne was very friendly and professional. She found me a policy, emailed it to me immediately to look over, and explained each cost coverage point until I understood them. Alliance has proven to be the best! As usual, Alliance offers the most competitively priced policies. With superlative service! The reps have always been accessible, before, during, and after hurricanes, which is greatly appreciated in S FL. Today, I was blessed to be assisted by Kamilyah W, Renewal Specialist. She did a painstaking review of my existing policies, and compared them to a whole host of policies offered by Alliance, with only my best interest in mind. She was patient, detailed, thorough. With a smile in her voice! Excellent products, top-notch customer-focused service. That's Alliance.

I'll be switching to another company. Very poor customer service. I was notified by text and voicemail on 12/10 that my Home Owners was cancelled due to non-payment. It should have been paid by my preferred method of payment was my response. When I contacted the customer service representative, they stated they never received a payment. I sent a reply to their email address and never received a response, so I had to find a copy of the payment confirmation online at the Insurance company and forward it to the customer service representative myself and make all communications to get the Insurance restored. Not sure the purpose of using these people. I'll find my own insurance from now own.

We purchased homeowners insurance through Alliance & Associates Insurance with Avatar Insurance. At the beginning of April 2022, we received a letter from the Florida Department of Financial Services that Avatar was liquidated and our insurance would end on April 13. We had received no word from Alliance or Avatar about this. We had to scramble and managed to get a home inspection and new insurance just in time before the deadline. Alliance called me on April 21 (!) to tell me that Avatar had been liquidated. EIGHT DAYS after the deadline! She apologized and said that they found out the same way I did a few weeks ago and had been too busy to contact all customers in time. Good thing I had seen the letter from the Florida DFS or we would have lost our insurance and possibly gotten in trouble with our mortgage. Alliance Insurance was totally useless. They should have sent out a mass email to all their Avatar customers as soon as they found out.

Terrible! I signed up on may 6th and I was told the coverage stated June 1st. Absolutely nothing mailed to me,no emails,no contact! I cancelled my previous insurance because I thought I would get something from Alliance before the 1st. Still nothing from them by the 1st! I tried to call several numbers, static,scratchy music and 45 minutes on hold, when finally answered,they tell me that they are only receptionist and that there is no customer service dept.! I was hot! After receiving nothing and no way to contact, I didn't even know if I had been swindled! Even their chat was disabled! I had to jump on the phone and get another company to take me. After 45 days and all this aggrevation I am done with them! I had to pay $35 for a stop pay from my bank,figuring I had been ripped off. And here on the 18th of June I receive a letter stating that they covered me for the first 15 days and I owe them $15! What if I had an accident during this time? Who was I going to call? What nerve! Not even a policy,not a insured coverage card, nothing! What did they expect after 45 days of no customer service! No phone customer service,no chat, not even a mailing address! This company needs to stop worrying about their $$ and remember where that $$ comes from! Who ever heard of running a company with no customer service? This operation is very bad!

I am a customer named John Doe and reside in Orlando, FL. My roommate, Jane Smith and I are auto insured by The General/ ABC Insurance Company/ Nashville, TN through Alliance and Associates. Jane received a phone call on Monday afternoon, from Alliance and quite assertively, informed her that we needed to add her son (who also resides with us). To add him to our policy, it would be $70.00 as an active driver. I spoke with the general directly and they informed me that adding her son would be $2,400 extra for 6 months. It's very confusing and misleading.

I bought private flood insurance from Alliance a little over 2 years ago. They got me a policy through XYZ Insurance, a company that I recently found to be poorly rated here on ComplaintsBoard.com. My policy rate went up over 250% in year three, but I didn't receive notice of it until my bank notified me that my Escrow was skyrocketing. Every time that I reached out to Alliance, I was given bad information. They were of little assistance in dealing with XYZ Insurance, and each time that my Alliance agent said they were going to cancel the insurance my agent would come back with another reason that it couldn't be canceled. Alliance's Flood Insurance through XYZ Insurance is now saying that my mortgage bank isn't rejecting their policy even though the bank has stated that it's insufficient. So my policy is insufficient, and I can't cancel it, and the only thing that I can do is pay even more for a ridiculously overpriced policy. Alliance has been of no help in handling their flood insurance provider.
