on11/10/2021 I surrendered a car to sands chevy in Glendale az
I was told by bristol west NO I could not change cars or cancelled
NO I could not add or change it to the new car
I have been trying to get my refund since this date 11/10/2021
bristol west has stated they never got the paper work
my lawyer has proof bristo west has received it
I have resent what they SAID they needed
bristol west wants more
ever time I contact bristol west they want something new and state theynever recived a thing before hand
now bristol west states I have never done any of this and I didnt start to ask for my refund until 3/2022
this is a lie
I have gotten my phone records to prove this
bristol west HAS NO INTENTION OF GIVING ME A REFUND
bristol west intends on keeping my 800.00$
not the state of arizona or california is willing to help
bristol west HAS PUT ME ON THEIR DO NOT CALL LIST

I'm going through the same thing, I switched over to thier father company farmers and both of them took out payments every month for 3 months. My farmers agent couldn't even get it canceled. Finally I did get the payments to stop and they owe me 350 dollars. They said keeping telling me they sent the refund checks and confirm the address, I ca them every 2 weeks and they just void the first checks (that I havnt even received after 3 months and they state they are sending new ones) I would love to hear if you have gotten the issued solved and how you did it?
