10/07/23 Code 'ERR' was showing on my Coffee Machine. 1. Contacted Breville, Breville said travel 170 kms to take to a repair agent. 2. Contacted The Good Guys Toowoomba. Gavin had been helpful and this is now out of his hands.

22/07/23 Coffee machine taken into The Good Guys Toowoomba.

Date? My Coffee machine was sent to the repairer agent.

15/08/23 I received text message from the repair agent abruptly asked me to decide as it has been sitting on his bench for too long, 'Text Message Attached' Now corrosion is on my product. Photos attached.

11/10/23. The machine was picked up by the store manager Jason who did not even contact me to say it was back.

16/10/23. I called the store to be told it had been in the store for a whole week.

17/10/23. I received the machine back & it is corroded, damaged, dirty & rusty. AND IT STILL DOESN’T WORK

Disgusted with this service. I will be submitting ACCC & fair trade complaints.

Desired outcome: Refund.
