Brenden Theate review: Chairs not working

I bought three tickets for After The Hunt at the Vacaville theater. Our “reclining” chairs did NOT work. My daughter complained so they sat us in the handicap row. Not cool!
Upon the movie being over the three of us could NOT get the chairs to go down, two of us could scoot out, however, our elderly friend has two bad legs and uses a cane could not get out of the chair. While my daughter went and tried to get help, the chair FINALLY went down. I complained about the situation he could only say that sometimes happens, that he was sorry.
No offer to comp any tickets.
We will not be coming back, we’ll drive to Fairfield for our future movies.
