28TH May 2021, Invoice [protected]; kept getting the phone hanged on my husband and I. not receiving the truth. Calls being refused/phone hanged up on my husband and I every time we call concerning order and delivery of same RM2. Was told items were out or delivery, found out from freight forwarder this was untrue.
Requested a refund, got more/worse of the same treatment. I was already back in the Bahamas. For 5 days, this is what I endured. Extremely disheartening. We flew in just to do business, rented a container to place our items in. Worst experience of my life, as it relates to shopping in the USA.
Called another store in Fort Lauderdale, Stirling Road and complained after wish the credit was issued. Encounter more terrible treatment after requesting proof of cancellation. Customer appears to be working hand in hand with the appliance section to frustrate the customer, I have yet to speak with the manager in spite of several requests through appliance and customer service. Once I received my funds in total, am good. Was told I would see it in 3-5 business days, starting from Friday.
Desired outcome: a total refund of my money. I would like a written apology from those employees, and that the be reprimand for their behavior
