I am extremely disappointed in the quality of your pony paper towels. You need to go back to the original paper towels. They were worth the money now they are not worth the money. I’ll cut up a towel before I use one of your paper towels. I pay over $30 for the large pack of paper towels And ever since you’ve changed your towels they don’t feel the same. They don’t absorb the same. I just thought your company might wanna know that I am not gonna buy them again not for $30. I’ll go by the competitors. It’s about the same as your towels now for half the price. I am a 70-year-old grandmother and I am on a limited income yet I will spend the $30 if the product fits its claim. Bounty no longer fits its claim. Please return to the original bounty paper towels sincerely Mary LaMartina.
