We have been using bounty towels for years but the last big pack I brought does nothing but leave lint (little pieces of paper} on everything its a big 12=48 pack were down to the last 5 rolls and its getting worse there's lint on the floor and it's getting all over our cloths and hands as we use them if you changed how your making them its not good and I will start buting another brand please let me know.
Desired outcome: replacement with good paper towels would be nice

I’d do the same: save the barcode from the packaging, note the lot number if visible, and contact their customer service directly. If they don’t make it right, switch brands without guilt. Consistency matters.
