I appreciate when a service comes on time, doesn't arbitrarily reschedule appointments when you have electrical problems that could lead to injury, fire inside walls or inconvenience of outages. This company deserves kudos and I would recommend them to anyone. Professional service techs that thoroughly check all to insure homeowner safety. Every other electrician even through home advisor either wanted to reschedule for two weeks or were a no show.

I had a great experience with my new A/C purchase and install. Travis was very helpful and very knowledgeable in helping me figure out what system was best for me. Austin and Peter were the best installers I have every dealt with. They made everything look so easy and did a great and quick job. Everyone I dealt with at Boulden brothers was very friendly and pleasant to work with. I will definitely be using Boulden Brothers for all of my future HVAC and plumbing needs.

They sent me an excellent electrician, John G. I was amazed that Boulden Brothers had electricians and they made the appointment so quickly for me ,they came just exactly when they said they would and their service was perfect in every way, well priced ,well-versed on what the cost would be, with electrician being efficient and had all the equipment needed to take care of my job. I would recommend them totally. My only wish is they would advertise more that they have electricians available! I thought they were only HVAC & plumbing .

Today we called Boulden Brothers about an electrical issue. They sent Daeron, a very professional young man to our house; in a very timely manner. He checked the electric system over, and made a few adjustments. We sat and talked about the best direction at this point. Daeron gave us all the information we needed and what it would cost. He gave us a day and time early next week. The way Boulden Brothers will stand behind any work they do helped us make the decision to sign the contract. It is no wonder Boulden Brothers has been in business for so many years.

Sean along with other techs are above and beyond . I see others contact Sean for his outstanding experience. Boulden brothers treat you like family, very caring , they have the best interest in you getting what you need , explaining everything, taking the time to troubleshoot and stay till they feel confident that the job was done correct . Quotes and ordering parts they give make me feel at ease and comfort , because I know that they will be back to make all as good as new . Boulden Brothers should be your go to and just go ahead and put them in your favorites.

The team was absolutely respectful, did an amazing job, and very professional. And men of integrity to get the job done. They went over everything step by step and was very patient with me. I'm a very critical person and they were absolutely outstanding and I'm very pleased with the work, they went above and behind, they cleaned up behind themselves and they had drop cloths throughout they're work space. I've had all the big boys (Horizon, Airserve etc). come give me estimates but Boulder Brothers blew them out the water...great company all around I'll recommend them to my family and friends

Boulden Brothers- Plumbing, heating, air, electrical, & propane gas company responded to my air conditioning emergency rapidly; in fact, within 1day. For three days the temperatures were forecast in the 90s. Upon putting my A/C on for the first time this year, it was not working properly. On Friday, June 26, technician Joe was on time, proficient, courteous and patient when answering my questions. He wore the necessary protective gear and was neatly dressed. This was my first time experience with Boulden Brothers; and, I was totally satisfied. I will definitely refer other family and friends to them.

I worked with Paul throughout the project, as well as Scotty at the start and Angus at the end. They were terrific! Interpersonally, they were very knowledgeable and very friendly! We had a lot of work done, it took four days to get it all done. I was impressed by their dedication. Two of the days, there was a problem with access to the pipes, so it took until later in the evening. I would have understood if they said they need to leave at 5:00 or something, but they stayed until the project could be safely and functionally paused, or until it was completed! I thought too, given how complex our job was, they may end up needing to increase the final invoice. But it was exactly what they gave us in the estimate despite some unforeseen difficulties! Really satisfied with the work, and they were great people to work with!

John from Boulden Brothers professionalism was well received. My property in the city heater went out last evening, temperatures were low, it was very cold. I called Boulden Brothers' got the answering service, the next morning I called the office spoke with a representative a technician came that day inspected the heater then called me with the problem and explained what needed to be done. All in all they resolved the problem in a timely manner, my tenants were without heat no more than 1 night, the next full day I provided heaters, Boulden Brothers got the heater working by the 3rd day, they had to get a part, so the tenants had heat the 3rd night. I have been using this company now for at least 3-4 years, I would definitely recommend them to family members, friends and neighbors. I am much happier with them then the previous company I was doing business with.

Recent needs brought us to Boulden Brothers, and our days-long experience from beginning to end was totally positive throughout. From the arrival of their service technicians, Jason and Jordan, who provided temporary relief and comfort pending a complete "fix", we were very pleased with the company and their employees. Later came Andrew, who walked us through what Boulden Brothers could provide, explaining details and giving detailed proposals for exactly what was needed. Then their installation people, Sean and Austin, came to work on the project and spent a long day installing and testing equipment. They worked hard, never complaining, and making certain that all was fully completed to our satisfaction. After the work was done, Andrew again called, and took extra steps to make sure that we were happy with Boulden Brothers. We are happy with them, and joined their servicing program without hesitation.

I've been a Boulden Service Plan member since moving here in 2010. The plan allows a free inspection of your heating & AC each year. When they came to inspect my systems on Wednesday, they did a very professional job but their pricing was atrocious. I cancelled my service plans today. On one unit, the tech said the capacitor was out of limits and asked if I wanted it replaced. When I asked how much, he said $214. I agreed but later on I checked the prices for this capacitor online and the highest price was $30. He had the defective one in his hand and replaced it with one from his truck. I was better off telling him no and installing a new one myself. I just don't understand how this service plan helps. Also they replaced condensate pan treatments on both units for $80 (they are $7 each at Home Depot. So, my conclusion is that the plan justifies them to come to your house for FREE inspection and they would at least charge you $80 for the pan treatments.

Boulden's HVAC installation and service team did a great job for us, especially after discovering a bad coil in our new unit. They responded quickly to the issue and kept with it until resolved, which involved installing a completely new coil unit. A special shout out goes to Abe who responded first to the malfunction. He arrived at our home at 9:30 PM and stayed 2 hours to diagnose the problem. Jason came the next day to try to resolve it and Tom came early the next day to replace it. Everyone was knowledgable, diligent and courteous. I would suggest that installers and service tech's do a little more homework on the Daikin thermostat functionality. Thermostats are what the customer interacts with the most. We don't care about fans, refrigerants or coils as long as they work. The Daikin thermostat does a lot for the consumer and the techs should understand it's functionality completely. Overall we are happy to do business with Boulden Brothers and their customer service keeps enhancing that experience.

Had 2 HVAC installs in 2 houses. Techs were efficient, courteous, prompt and answered all of my questions. 1st install in MD. was great except tech had to come back and re-level condenser unit due to MD inspection (Wobbled and slid). Updated to MD code. 2nd house install was in October and tech improperly connected wrong AC wires at thermostat connection above ductwork in basement. After calling and being told a Tech would show up at 8pm, no one showed. I called Boulden and they couldn't find my info and would call me back. No one called. Next day I called Boulden asking for service and was told a Tech would come Sunday. Tech, Abe, shows up on Saturday and proceeds to spend 2.5 hours looking for this bad connection that was done during October install. Abe was tenacious about finding out the problem. I will ask for him again because he stayed with the job and found the problem. I recommend Abe to everyone and also recommend that Boulden tighten up their scheduling and communications so that they can provide the customer a true shedule. Otherwise a great team!

I had a tech (i.e. Kevin) come out to my house on 4/13 to look at a water leak and determine where it was coming from or the cause. He was there 30 minutes and charged me $100 and he didn't do anything. Never ran a water test to see if the hot water heater was actually leaking. Never looked at the whole house humidifier to see if it was leaking. Instead, he checked the sump pump and told me that the electric one was dead, and that was probably causing the water leak. Keep in mind I already have a water-based backup sump pump installed which works just fine. He said the backup system is not powerful enough to push out the water in the sump, most likely causing the issue. So he gives me a $670 estimate to replace the primary electric sump pump, and a $2,100 estimate to replace a 9 yo Bradford White gas-powered water heater that was working. I can get 3 A.O. Smith gas water heaters at Lowes for under $600 each for that kind of money. Probably get it installed for under $1,000 for the whole thing. Unless he wants to sell me a tankless water heater which I don't want or need. So Boulden Bros. sends out a tech that only knows plumbing, not HVAC or humidifiers. Keep in mind the humidifier draws hot water from the Bradford White heater, and drains at the bottom of the device into a tube that goes into the furnace. He could have checked that too, but never did. Instead, I had to get a friend of mine who is an electrician to determine after 5 minutes that it was the humidifier that was leaking after I turned the furnace on and the humidifier started leaking water at the bottom of the device. I call Boulden Bros to complain, and the girl refers my case to the plumbing manager to get back to me by phone. Well, I never get that call from the plumbing manager or hear from Boulden Bros. again. Never will I use Boulden Bros. again. They charge $100 just to walk in the door to sell you a new product you don't need, and don't even try to fix the issue at hand. I'd expect a plumber to be able to trace the hot water feed from the water heater to the humidifier, and at least try it when it is running to see if there is a leak being caused by it. Very poor service from this company I can honestly say.
