APT completed slip lining on all our cast iron sewer pipes. We are completely satisfied with the work that was performed. Hannah, the foreman on the job took great pride in her work and her crew. The crew did a great job, cleaned up each night and was very professional and respectful. They stated job would take two days and that's exactly how long it took. I would definitely recommend this team.

We bought our house in June , and shortly thereafter had issues with the plumbing. We have cast iron pipes, with a lot of scaling and build up.

APT came in, cleaned all the pipes out, relined them, fixed all the cracks and holes in the pipes and now everything works great! Huge piece of mind, and it wasn't invasive. They let me know what's going on in every step of the app process. Highly recommended.

I just talked to a man named Brett about pipelining. I couldn't believe his attitude. I didn't appreciate his attitude toward me at all. I am sure if my husband had joined in on the conversation, he wouldn't of spoke to me like that. He comes off as a pushy used car salesman or a con man by trying to get you to agree to above $20,000 work on the spot. I would recommend that you stay away from this company.

My wife and I are very happy with the work done by APT. All the men were very polite and neat! After introducing themselves, first thing they did is put down plastic so they would not track in any dirt inside the house. They kept us informed on what they were doing and what would happen next. We surely do recommend APT to anyone with leaking and deteriorating cast iron pipes as we had in our 1968 built house.

I just want to say a big thank you to this company. it took years to finally get the plumbing issues fixed in my house. The crew that was here for 3 days led by Junior(JR) and Eric plus Ernesto and Jose worked tiresly to get the job done. Not only were they professional but personable. I'm actually gonna miss these guys and my dogs wanted to be their best friends. It's a stressful event but these guys made it very pleasurable. Thank u!

Oh my gosh. I cannot say enough positive things about this business. This old house had broken cast iron sewer pipes for years causing foundation and concrete problems. I was completely informed with the process and the cost to fix the pipes. Ruben (the super), Geo and his crew: Solomon, Jose, Luis V and Oscar are knowledgeable, professional, friendly and courteous. They took care to protect my property and cleaned up after conclusion. I can honestly say they did an above and beyond job for a reason. BTW my wife agrees 110%

By far the most professional Company I have dealt with. We used APT for one of my Commercial properties. Elvis and Abraham stood out with their expert knowledge from the biding stage. We couldn't be more happier that we went with Advanced Pace plumbing. Both Elvis and Abraham were onsite before my team, provided exceptional customer service and got the job done without disturbing any of my homeowners. Additionally, Thanks to Elvis he caught a big electrical issue that could of been a huge liability to my Association. Lastly Kat at the cooperate office made all the Administrative work an easy transition. Thanks APT!

Professional, courteous, on time is how we would describe APT work. We were having problems with bath tub drains backing up/ draining slowly in our '50s home with terrazzo floors throughout. Cutting up the floor was not an option. APT brought a crew in and completed the job in two days. The most challenging task was fixing a section of cast iron vent pipe that had a 4 inch break in it. Opening a hole in the wall was not an option as the kitchen and master bathroom shared that wall. Geo and his crew were able to insert and bond a liner in the vent pipe. Saved the day. Many thanks to Geo, Jal, Jose Luis, Onassis, CJ, and Leonardo for a job well done.

APT is a very responsible company. We had to wait nearly 3 months for the work to be done but they kept us informed as to where we were on the list. Management is excellent. The crew we had was excellent. They taped plastic to our floors to keep them clean, they worked a 10 hour day then a 12 hour day then a 4 hour day to finish the job. Never once did I hear a complaint from them. The team leader Emanual knew his job and did his job.They did run into 2 problems but so far, they have stayed with the original quote. Everything was cleaned up, the driveway and garage swept out and plants put back to where they came from. I highly reccommend this company.

I asked for an appointment to get a free consult about lead pipe replacement for the entire 1300 sq ft house with crawlspace access. APT was able to schedule Marcos to come out the next day! He arrived right on time, even giving me a call 1/2 hour beforehand to tell me he was coming. Marcos was professionally dressed, fully prepared with equipment, friendly, knowledgeable, got right to work inspecting things and estimating the cost and scope of the potential job, and, most importantly, was HONEST about the process and the cost. He made sure that I, the homeowner, was informed about what I needed, regardless of whether the job went to APT or not. He steered me in the right direction. No hard, obnoxious selling, and I felt like he gave me expert guidance.

My job was smaller than I'd feared, happily, so I didn't end up having anything more than the inspection performed, but I can't say enough about Marcos as an employee and a person.

APT did a fantastic job! They kept every commitment promised. All pricing was discussed and agreed upon in advance. There were no last minute or hidden fees. I found this company through their flyer mailed to me. My house is 70 yrs old with cast iron pipes. The pipes were deteriorating quickly and the only option was to destroy the house and the replace the pipes entirely. APT offered a wonderful alternate solution by lining the existing pipes. There was no demolition to my house! From the day we signed the contract to well after the job was complete, APT provided the best customer service and nearly constant communication. I wish all companies operated like APT. They were a pleasure to work with and I will certainly recommend them to anyone needing pipe repair. One thing to note - because the company is in such demand, they will be up front in letting you know that there will be a significant wait before they can start the work. However, they will communicate every step of the way with you. If you are contemplating having to bust up floors and tear into slabs to repair old sewer lines, check APT out first.

My name is Cyrus C. *** Jr. On Wenesday March 30th and Thursday March 31st, 2022 I had the cast iron pipes in my home repaired by your company. Mr. and his crew showed up promptly as promised. They introduced themselves and went right to work. They treated my home with great care. They lined my floor with plastic to keep it clean. As he started each phase of the repair process he took the time to explain what he was about do and the reason why he doing it. He and his crew were very kind and courteous to me and my wife. Mr. and his crew exceeded my expectations. They produced high quality work, were very professional and friendly. They worked together as a team and it was obvious to me and my wife, they know what they are doing and they enjoy their craft. Each phase of the process was double checked personally by Mr.. He even allowed me to see the before and after look of my pipes with his video camera. Mr. is an outstanding representative of your company and understands the true meaning of customer service. It is because of him and his crew I would not hesitate to recommend APT to other family members, friends and coworkers throughout the state of Florida.

I'm not happy with this company at all...We paid $23,000.00 to have our drainage pipes, bathroom pipes, sink pipes and laundry room pipes fixed. Well they left a hole in our wall with the copper showing when they clearly said the tech would cover the holes in the wall they cut out and they didn't... Now I have my 14 week old puppy chewing the drywall that has been left open. They left base boards with nails sticking out up against the wall and they clearly knew we had pets. Not to mention we have a voicemail from Tony saying they were to do the dry wall patch and they didn't. Also my car key and motorcycle key was on the table they we're working by and now their gone... I searched the whole house thinking they knocked them off the table and of course I didn't find them. Now I have to pay to get my bike rekeyed and pay for the Vans locks to be redone. Not to mention they left five bags of garbage that we had to take to the road. I'm not one to complain but I can't believe the mess they left and lies that we're told. I still don't have hot water running to my laundry room and per Tony we need to call a plumber. He said this was not foreseen work. I thought they are plumbers and why didn't they just quote it to be fixed? Now my dog has had upset stomach and is going to the vet tomorrow since chewing the open drywall is making her sick. Please be careful using this company.

How nice it is to be able to give a positive review to a company covering the beginning to the end of service. We waited 5 months for the work to begin but it was worth every day until they came to do the job. Our house was built in 1964 so we had cast iron pipes eroding for quite sometime. I had many sleepless nights thinking how horrible it would be if we had to have someone come in and break through all of our flooring, run new pvc and then redo 3 bathrooms and all the floors. Time was ticking... Everyone from the company representative who came to explain the process to Amanda, who was at the end of the process were professional and always very nice. The first part of the process was led by Marco who arrived promptly, brought his crew with him and they were all very efficient. The following week's crew was led by Hannah and her crew of 5, including Rusty. My husband and I were very impressed by their knowledge, work ethic, and professionalism. Two long days for them and they used every minute clean, dry, coat and create a new pipe lining. It really is an amazing process. They protected our flooring and were careful about moving some of our belongings out of the way so they could do their work. They cleaned up when finished and made sure that all the plumbing was working well when they left. Our plumbing is working great and I'm so relieved not to worry about having major problems with the plumbing. I cannot say enough nice things about everyone at APT, but special thanks to Hannah and Rusty. I hope the owners know how great these two individuals are and a real asset to your company.
