I have stopped my credit card to avoid further problems.
Botaniesoap.com was offering through a facebook ad a 30 day free trial of a product. I ordered it and they dispatched it on 29th august 2013 then took £89.00 from my credit card on the 10th September 2013. I have since heard of numerous people who have had several amounts taken from their card. Therefore, I have stopped my credit card to avoid further problems.

love the soap, the customer service and quick response to order.
I ordered two types of organic soap from the website www.botaniesoap.com. I ordered it 2 weeks ago, but these ### didn’t provide any info about my order. No tracking number, no receipt, no confirmation info. Waste of time and money. I filled so many forms on the website, but they didn’t reply. Maybe someone has any idea how to track this seller and return money back, please contact me then or leave a comment. Thanks.
