Bows-N-Ties I will not shop there again next year

I ordered a tie for my boyfriend that matched my prom dress. It was supposed to arrive within 12 business days. I waited and after fifteen business days passed I emailed asking when it was coming.

They said they weren't sure where it was and told me they'd send another. I asked if it would arrive before June 23- prom night- and they said it should arrive well ahead. I waited and waited. Prom came and passed without getting the tie. I thought for sure I had been ripped off when a tie came in the mail June 28th.

The tie was nicely made and the price was affordable, but the hassle it took to get was definitely not worth it. I will not shop there again next year.
