Boost Mobile review: Customer service and phone signal

I purchased a phone from a Boost location. The sales person did not inform me that the phone would be locked by Boost. I paid for the phone of the full amount at the time of the purchase. I moved to a different location which the service was terrible with Boost. I tried to get them to unlock my phone so I could go with a different carrier. They refused.
