Boost Mobile review: Boost Mobile is a thief!

SEPTEMBER 23, 2026 If you use AUTO PAY with BOOST and switch your service, they refuse to refund you for unused service. My payment was taken on the 13th, I called them for my PORT number and pin on the 14th. USPS didn't deliver my phone until the 16th. They cheated me out of 28 days of unused service refund. Multiply that by the millions of people using BOOST!
When I switched to BOOST and agreed to AUTO PAY they didn't inform me of their 'no refund policy! Nowhere on the BOOST website, in the information on AUTO PAY, does it state you forfeit your payment, or to take the payment out of AUTO PAY before you dump them if you don't want your money stolen.
