I visited this store this evening and received bad service from the manager Joshua and his cashier. We came to this location to receive our free 6-piece bo bites and free bo berry biscuit. I received my biscuits and when I received my bo bites, they were so hard they looked like fried chicken grizzles. My husband asked if they could cook more bites. The manager Joshua said to my family and I that he wasn't going to cook anymore bites. He said it was able time to close the lobby. That made me upset because that's not the way you treat any customer that enter your business. He and his cashier kept saying that they are giving us free food. It was on our app and that doesn't mean that you have to disrespect my family and I. I am a regular customer at Bojangles and the disrespect isn't acceptable at all. I work in this line of business and I never ever treat a guest like that treated me and my family tonight. So disappointed in the actions of this team at store #435.
