I brung my Cadillac Brougham to Body Pros Collision in Feburary for some body work. They said it would be done in April, but then they called me on the day I was supposed to pick it up and said the part didn't come in! I emailed the owner to tell him I was mad that he didn't keep me updated and that I was gonna go to a different shop in ***, . I called today and had to wait on hold for 16 minutes, but then the phone just hung up! This is not okay and I want the ComplaintsBoard.com to look into it!
