We have been stopping in the Hermitage, PA Bob Evans every week since November 2021. Sometimes twice a week. Every time we have been in there we have been brushed aside, talked to rudely or given cold food or coffee. It started with the cold coffee. We asked the girl for hot coffee and to dump out the cold coffee. You would have thought we asked he for her paycheck. We waited a long time for food, people who came in after us got theirs first, and ours was cold. Went to check out and waited quite awhile to do that.. The manager was rude. He sent us to the other checkout while he and some employees were just standing there talking. Why have two check outs if you are not going to use them?
You are wondering why we go back. Well there some food we like and hope that when we give it one more try it will be better. Courtsey goes a long way for me. 1/11/2022 around 4p We spend $25 to $30 each visit. #493
another customer who was standing there said it happens a lot. She had been waiting quite awhile for take out. We have been seates at dirty tables and very drafty tables..
Desired outcome: Appology or even better free coffee
