Bob Evans review: Items removed from the menu/carpet and bathrooms

We moved away about fifteen years ago but have moved back to Mooresville.

My favorite item was the stuffed French toast. It was wonderful. Your crepes and waffles are also gone. Would you consider putting at least the stuffed French toast back on the menu? We come to Bob Evans about 3 times a month. Your staff is excellent, the food is excellent but maybe you could try the stuffed French toast for a limited time to see if it sells.

2nd issue

The carpet is nice but it is so dirty that it is black and you can vaguely see the leaf pattern in it. If I was a waitress there, I would be embarassed for my customers to see this carpet.

I went to the bathroom where all your employees also go before they fix my food. The first toilet had poop crusted around the rim. The 2nd toilet had urine and toilet paper in it so I am assuming it doesn't flush. The third toilet had an empty toilet paper roll and a few strips of toilet paper on the floor that looked like it had been there awhile. Only one of the two sinks worked.
