When I went to go pick up my food inside, I was not greeted by anyone. I said I had a pick up order and the guy at the front looked at me confused and said oh it's probably that one over there and then went back to cleaning. Appalled already. The food was cold. There was a hair on my chicken and the soup was not soup. It was very thick cheese w potato's in it. Extremely disappointing service. Would like refund and someone from corp. To go in there. It is a travesty used to my favorite place. Went so down hill. Sad
