Bob Evans review: Customers not being seated when vacant tables are available.

On any given Sunday he Bob Evans Store on Zumbehl Road in St. Charles Mo. 63301 has vacant tables visible but the customers are not seated, Some waits up to 45 minutes to be seated. Why when a table is available are their waiting customers not seated? I have seen as many at six cleaned tables with no customers.

Desired outcome: Correct issue.

Your store on Zumbehl Road St. Charles Mo. 63303. On any given Sunday, tables are available but the customers are kept waiting in the foyer to be seated.. No explanation just wait. Many customers will not wait seeing vacant tables. What is the answer.
