BMW of Columbus Cosmetic wheel repair

ON 7 NOV [protected]@08:00 AM. I took my BMW 540i to get a rim fixed. I have a dent wizard warranty on my vehicle. I told the service advisor Mark Blair that I will be waiting in customer waiting area for my vehicle. I told him I have to be at work by 3:00pm he said I will be finished before this time. I get an email from dent wizard with a case number for my claim of my wheel repair around 08:29am. The service advisor Mark Blair or Service manager Michael Mayer never came out to give me any status on my wheel repair. I get up and go outside around 10:30am my BMW is finished with the wheel repairs. I am waiting till after the service advisor when to lunch and came. Still no updated for either one. I get up and go to counter and asked Service advisor is there a problem with my warranty. The service dept was not even busy that morning. I got fed up with this type of disrespectful service and I said I will pay for my repairs, because I not sitting here until 3:00pm when my car repairs were completed around 10:30 am. He said That no one has ever waiting on 1 rim to be repaired ever at their dealership. I left dealership and I call dent wizard and they said they were awaiting pictures from BMW of Columbus since 08:29 after the first talking with them on the phone. No pics were sent to dent wizard. But service manager told me authorized them to repair the rim. The service manager told me that they service depart is the best BMW service in Georgia. I told the service manager that I will not be bring any of my BMW vehicle to get any type of service from them. Service manager, Michael Mayer do whatever, because nothing is going to be did about this. This was the worst service dept, I ever received from any BMW in the United States and Hawaii. Something need to be did on this disrespect to customer. I still have not received any of my money back for this repair. The case number was# [protected], with customer rep Mrs Tayna Neustrom at Dent wizard customer support.

Desired outcome: I would like the owner of BMW of Columbus to call me and explain to me why I got so disrespectful treatment from your service dept manage and service advisor.

BMW of Columbus Cosmetic wheel repair

On 7 Nov 2023. I took my Bmw 540i to get my rim fixed.service advisor Mark Bair and service manager Michael Mayer. I got there for my appt at 08:00 am.At 08:28am I received a email from Dentwizard about claim the bmw submit for repair of my rim. I was waiting at dealership never got updated from either Service manager or service advisor.I got up and when outside around 10:30am, my vehicle was finished with the repairs. So at 11:00-11:30, service advisor Mark Bair goes to lunch. Still no updated on my status. So around 11:40am. I get and go asked Mark Bair is there a problem wirh my warranty on my rim. So I just when ahead and paid $150 for the repairs. I left dealership pissed off with this typed of service at BMW dealership. So I call Dentwizard and a lady name Natile said that they never sent the pics of my rim to them to. The Service Manger and Service advisor told me that Dent Wizard had authorized them to do the repairs. I talked with service manager and he has a smart mouth about the whole situation. Saying to me they are the Best bmw service deptment in Southeast. I told him I would not beenbring any of my other bmw to that dealership he told me do whatever you feel like, and nothing is going to be done to him or service advisor. I still awaiting my refund back from Dentwizard on the wheel repair. They was try holding my car for 8 hours and repairs was completed in less 3 hours. This dealership is a total ripped off and unprofessional service Manger and Service advisor think nothing can be did to them with substandard manner to customers.

Desired outcome: I will like the District Manger of Bmw of Columbus to call me . This is the worst service department that I ever had to deal with.

BMW of Columbus BMW of Columbus is not a good place to get your car repaired

BMW of Columbus is not a good place to get your car repaired. One of their mechanics damaged my front bumper and now I have to pay thousands of dollars to get it fixed. I won't be going back there again because they made me pay for the damage they caused. It's crazy that they returned my car to me with damage that wasn't there before. I'm really upset about this and I don't recommend this dealership to anyone. If you want to contact me about this, my other cell phone number is XXX-XXX-XXXX.

BMW of Columbus The BMW of Columbus peeps didn't tell me that I needed new tires before getting an alignment

The BMW of Columbus peeps didn't tell me that I needed new tires before getting an alignment. They should know better since they're the experts. I'm a black lady and I feel like they ripped me off. I asked to talk to the boss but they were rude and didn't help me out. I want my money back for the work they did.

BMW of Columbus I gotta say, I had a pretty bad experience with BMW of Columbus

I gotta say, I had a pretty bad experience with BMW of Columbus. I paid $261.00 on July 12 and $401.96 on Feb. 24, 2020 for routine services on my 2019 BMW 430i Grand Coupe. Little did I know, my car was still under warranty and I shouldn't have had to pay a dime. I'm a first-time BMW owner and didn't know any better, but my husband told me to switch service centers. So, I went to BMW of South Atlanta for my 30,000-mile service and the service advisor told me everything was covered under warranty up to 36,000 miles. Why didn't BMW of Columbus tell me that? It seems like they were trying to pull a fast one on me. They even tried to sell me an extended warranty! The technician at BMW of South Atlanta was able to find my warranty information, so why couldn't the technician at BMW of Columbus do the same? I want my money back, plain and simple.
