Blueline has the most unprofessional customer service I have seen in a property management company. Jason is good to deal with, but not the rest. You will be met with ignorance. I use to do some of their maintenance work and they always want to cut every corner they can. One of their staff is nothing but an ignorant racists. Blueline not only lies to their tenants but to their investors as well. They boost up their invoices by 25% for each repair. Sometimes repairs are not even done and they still charge. Also most of their contractors are addicts and drunks with no license or insurance. Please don't use this company for anything until there is a staff change. If anybody wants specifics please contact me and I will be more detailed. I have plenty of proof. I also have my old invoices that you investors can match up your prices and see that you have been robbed! Everyone has been warned

My husband and I rented from this Management Company May 2013 and moved out August 2013! When we moved in we were told that (what we thought were minor issues) would be resolved once we moved in and it never happened. I blame us though because we were so eager to move from our small one bedroom in to a house that we did not do our homework; that is a mistake we will never make again. There were issues from day one and we called email and sent photos and no one came to help. For example, there was a leak in the bathroom that we noticed after being in the house about a week, we called and a plumber came out a month and a half later! That was after numerous calls, being hung-up on and treated with such disregard. The house we rented was literally falling apart, we ended up escrowing our rent, writing the owners and contacting L&I. We reached out to a tenant’s advocacy group who got us in touch with a wonderful woman who finally got us out of the lease AND OUR MONEY BACK!
My husband and I have rented since we moved out of our parents’ home and started our own family and we have NEVER experienced anything like this. The “Manager” NANCY, was very unprofessional, rude and lied at every turn. She even hung up on our advocate! She told me that she shouldn’t talk to me because I wasn’t on the lease, which was a lie, me and our two daughters were listed as occupants on the lease which I ended up having to give them a copy of.
The house had issues that were very concerning, even-more-so because we have two small kids; peeling and chipped paint, broken windows, doors that did not work properly, electrical switches and outlets that did not function properly, animals living in the basement due to broken windows in the basement, leaks and more.
Please note that we are fair and very understanding people, we do not go around telling lies on people but I needed to let the public know how this company operates. Hopefully we can save someone else from going through this. This was horrible and I do not wish those conditions and stress on anyone. We felt helpless and frustrated and the people at Blueline did not care. I also hope that owners do their due diligence before hiring any company to represent them. The last time I check ignorance is not withstanding in a court of law.

they did the reno on our home in Point Breeze and most of the time they were drunk-I found beer cans stuck in my duct work . We have spent 7 years re-doing the work they did. Grout everywhere, tiles coming up, paint smears, the ceiling was only primed and never painted. Railings coming out of the wall. They are the worst company I have ever dealt with in my life. CANNOT believe they are still operational.

Blueline/Lawndale Frauds!

I can agree with everyone that says this company is fraudulent, both Blueline and Lawndale. I will agree, 100%, that their 'homes' are crack shacks. Lately, all of the unions have been bannering the location at Frankford Ave & Robbins St, due to out of state, or out of country, contractors being hired for a townhome project in South Philly. Bob Murphy is a crook and and Tom Niedermayer is cheap and a crook! It wont be long before its all exposed...

I must agree with the complaints this is a horrible company ... They have no one available if there's an emergency in the property .. The repair Guys are either not qualified or have absolutely no clue how to make certain repairs... These people are a bunch of crooks, who will evenly get caught ...I would not recommend this company to anyone ...RUN ...

I have to agree with the complaints. This is a pretty bad property management company! I am a tenant in a property they manage, and they are a headache to deal with! Im sure they're sick of me, but its not my fault they have a crappy home to manage! If the builder had put more time and money into building it on the front end they wouldnt have so many repairs to make on the back end! But when I call they act as if Im wrong for wanting them to fix the problems and they dont send anyone within 24 hours. Most times it takes over a week for someone to come out.

If anyone would know about Blueline it would be Margie. She is an ex-employee and knows first hand the fraud that Blueline/Lawndale has commited. Just talk to the past and current tenants, property owners and contractors. Bob Murphy and his "Daddy" are just brown nosing contractors. I know first hand. All Blueline's houses are just crack shacks. Tom Niedermayer and the investors are cheap and put nothing into fixing the properties. They love to paint the floors instead of putting in carpet. They love to forge documents as well.

BOB THEY ARE FRAUDS AND THEY WILL BE CAUGHT AND DEALT WITH . HOPEFULLY YOUR NOT PART OF THEIR FRAUDULENT ACTIVITIES . HALF OF THE PEOPLE WORKING THERE ARE INVLOVED . DO YOU THINK THAT LAW ENFORCEMENT IS NOT AWARE OF THE CRIMES THAT WERE AND ARE COMMITTED ? ANYONE WHO DEALS WITH THEM ARE TAKING VERY STRONG RISKS, I PERSONALLY CANNOT WAIT UNTIL THEY ARE SHUT DOWN AND ARRESTED .

I am one of Blueline's contractors, and for the record, I don’t drink or do any drugs. I feel I am treated fairly at Blueline, and Jason and Cherie are very professional. When they get a complaint from a tenant, they have myself or another contractor out to the property within 24 hours. Blueline also works hard to get its investors the best possible price. I am confident in saying this because I've had to get second and third estimates for them because they felt the original estimates were too high. And in regards to cutting corners, I was NEVER asked to do something like this at any of the 250+ houses I have worked on. I know the true story about the disgruntled former contractor who posted the original complaint above. I, along with other Blueline contractors, spent several months repairing work he and his crew did for Blueline. He worked for Blueline for 2+ years and his work slowly deteriorated until Blueline no longer had the confidence in him to perform quality work. He has even tried to get back to working with Blueline recently. I assure that Blueline's tenants would have nothing but good things to say about my work and the other current contractors work. Blueline has maintenance issues repaired ASAP. If you want to know anything more about Blueline, please give me a call at [protected]. My name is Bob Murphy, Jr. I work for 3 other property management companies and 2 other major commercial management companies, and in my opinion, Blueline is the best to do business with.
