This company does not return phone calls at all. They do not return security deposits within the required time limit of 21 days move out. The tenants (my family) moved out on 2/1/14 and the first phone call response was when I got involved in the last week of February. No other calls were returned to my family. I was told then the returned security deposit would not be available until 3/6/14 after 4pm and not anytime sooner period ended. Would not budge at all until I said that my family had been very patient besides my involvement and needed to pick up by 9am. that's 33 days not 21 as required by law. We were then told it would be ready pick at 9am.
