I spoke with a representative last week about transfer of account. He recommended i email a death certificate and explain the transfer details. he said to call back if no one contacted us. No one contacted us. Since then we’ve been less than happy with attempting to get hold of a real person - hung up on, left hanging, asked for a dial back based on queue. I’ve sent two other emails requesting assistance. No replies.
Called 13 February. send email request to transfer, salesdocs@bluestreamfiber.com. no reply as of feb 17
Called back , 1700 hrs. pressed one for call back. no return call
called feb 16, 1027 hours, no call back
called feb 16, 1502 same response
called feb 17 , got hung up during call, called back 1449 told operator my piss poor experience being transferred, put on hold for over two hours!
send another email, looking for a social media outlet to report the absolute worse company ive ever dealt with. good [censored]ing thing this is a condo association contract. i would have gone elsewhere. simple request. you have all the info if you will read the email request.
