My experiance at Blue Springs Ford was great! They fixed my car the first time and on time like they said they would. I def recommend them and there repair guys.

Don't go here. They sold me a car that they knew was bad and won't take responsibility for it. The transmission broke in less than a month, which is a common problem for this car, but they didn't tell me that when I bought it. Turns out they already bought the car back before because it was a lemon, but they still sold it to me anyway. You'd think that a big dealership would sell you a good car that won't break down in the first month, but apparently not. They should just buy the car back from me, but they won't. Now I'm stuck with a bad car and out a lot of money. Don't trust this dealership!

I buy car from Blue Springs *** and car have problems not tell me before buy. They no help me and I feel like they trick me. I very sad and not happy with them. I want good car from good dealer but this not happen. Check engine light come on when I drive home. Maybe Carvana or CarMax better for buy used car because they give more money for trade in. Blue Springs *** only give me $3300 but CarMax and Carvana give me $2900 more. Blue Springs *** not do what they say they do. They not good.

I bought my car in 2020 and paid extra for a loaner vehicle when I need service. I live in downtown KC, so it's not easy to get a ride home, and Uber is expensive. I made an appointment for Monday, and they confirmed it on Friday. But an hour before my appointment, they called to say they couldn't help me that day. I told them I could come on Wednesday at 9 am, but only if a loaner was available. When I arrived, they told me there was no loaner available, and I would have to wait. I had to take PTO to get my car to Blue Springs, and I didn't have time to sit and wait. They couldn't tell me how long the service would take. Nobody seemed to care, and they didn't apologize. Don't make customers pay extra for a service you can't provide for a scheduled appointment. I won't buy a car from here again.

I went to Blue Springs Ford for a service coupon, but they pulled a sneaky move on me. I made an appointment for an oil change for my Cadillac XT, which was supposed to cost $64.95. But when I got there, they told me they had to use a more expensive oil, which would bring the price closer to $100. They also didn't know if they had the right oil filter for my car. I asked why they bothered taking appointments if they weren't prepared for the cars that showed up. The guy said it wasn't his fault, and that the website was accepting appointments anyway. I was pretty mad, so I left and went somewhere else. Blue Springs Ford should have called or emailed me to let me know about the changes, but they didn't bother. I won't be going back there for service, and I'll tell my friends and family to avoid them too.

I bought car on [protected], but they didn't tell me about the mechanical issues. They gave me a warranty, but on [protected], I told them about my concerns while driving. They took it to the shop, but said everything was fine. On [protected], I told them the check engine light was on, and they took it back to the shop. They said I couldn't have a loaner car. On [protected], they didn't update me. On [protected], I asked about the car, but no one answered. On [protected], I asked to cancel the contract or get a replacement, but no one responded. I called the General Manager, but they didn't answer. Finally, *** called me and said they would look into it. On [protected], they told me to pick up the car, but it wasn't driving right. They gave me a loaner and put the car back in the shop. I tried to return the car, but they declined. On 11/11, they called and said there was a crack in the engine and it would take 45 days to fix. I just want to cancel the loan and return the car. I've bought three cars from them, but I'm disappointed with how they treated me and didn't follow the contract with ***.
