I ordered the 'Breathtaking Blooms in Mason Jar' in the 'Classic' size and received an entirely different item. I was notified AFTER the order was received that my order was substituted with Mixed Designer choice due to unavailability. I am extremely disappointed in the order that was delivered. The flowers were completely different and did not resemble the flowers I had spent a lot of time deciding upon. The colours were different, did not match the vibe of the flowers I ordered at all, and were entirely different in all aspects. The flowers delivered were not of the same or greater value from my perspective.
I am embarrassed to have sent these flowers to my friend who is experiencing a difficult time, and I regret trusting your company to send the flowers. I understand that flowers are not always available, but the difference in what was received compared to what I paid for is significantly of lower quality. I wish that I was notified of unavailability of my chosen bouquet BEFORE the flowers were delivered, as I would have requested a refund rather than these flowers that were delivered.

If they refuse, file a dispute with your credit card company for "goods not as described" since you have proof. In the meantime, send your friend a warm handwritten note or a small edible treat separately to lift their spirits without mentioning the flowers. You did a kind thing, and the company fumbled, not you.
