Here is how Black Hills Energy in Pueblo, CO makes their money. They charge large amounts of money for distribution to your home even though your energy usage is lower. For example, last month I was charged $199.77 for distribution and maintenance and $61.97 for electricity. That is a difference of $137.98. That is more than twice the amount of electricity. Great job on ripping off the community Black Hills Energy. Do everyone a favor and fix your billing policies.
