Black & Decker — faulty product - not charging

Hi,

I bought the DVJ320J Dustbuster last year in May '17 from Amazon. I've mainly used it to clean my car. However, the product stopped working, not charging at all. I am very disappointed in B&D as it's a very famous brand, but this product didn't even last a year. I always buy Black & Decker due to it's reputation, so I like to get a replacement model or if not a full refund please.
