I ordered £44.96 worth of cleaning products on April 7th. I had no communication from the delivery firm and when I tracked it, they had returned the delivery to Bissell without even informing me of the non-delivery. When I contacted Bissell, I was promised a full refund. Eventually, after many emails to them, I had a refund for £9.75. When I contacted them, they could not explain this, but assured me it would be remedied. Over twenty emails later, and two phone calls from me, I have still not had the refund. I have now involved Paypal. Customer service is dreadful and they need to change their delivery company. Iwill not be ordering again.
