Upon taking my new Wildwood trailer home, I discovered that the awning lights do not work. Since I cannot bring the trailer into the dealership for repairs, a manager said they would make an exception and send out a technician to do the repairs. This happened on the 12th of May. The tech could not fix the problem, he left the control panel disconnected and said he would be back the next day. He never came back. I have left numerous messages with various folks at Bish's. They refuse to return my calls or talk to me when I go in. Now I am stuck with a non working control panel and will have to hire a repairman. This treatment is appalling.
Desired outcome: I simply want them to finish the repair they started.
