I received this coupon on November 1st through my mobile app notifications. The second picture is where the link sent me. My question is how do you intend on honoring this? I donated on the 1st and am scheduled to donate today 11/3. The center told me on the 1st the coupon was expired, however, I clearly received this on 11/1 and this $500 in 6 donations is where the link sent me. Please advise if I am to expect $240 on my 6th donation. This is a corporate error and not a location error. The folks at my biolife location are amazing. So I hope the issue can be resolved with corporate.
