This company does not have live customer service. They send you to "live" text messaging, which you can tell it is all AI and they direct you to their website without answering any of your questions. At least when they were affiliated with Wells Fargo, you could speak to someone there, now that Wells Fargo has broken ties with them "understandable so" You get Zero help. I HIGHLY recommend YOU DO NOT use this company for RENT payment!
