Big Top Shirt Shop review: Such a scam!

I have ordered embroidered shirts from this company before for my company. We upgraded our company from an LLC to an S Corp and so I ordered another custom order with the updated logo. I placed the order, sent in the new logo, and approved the UPDATED LOGO. When I received the order, they had used the wrong logo, and when I brought the error to their attention, they said it was my fault for not mentioning the logo had changed, and that somewhere in their fine print they say they may use old logos. What the actual heck? They offered me no solution, no replacements, and not even a discount on future orders. I will NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN and will make sure to spread the work to all small business owners!
