I wish i had checked out this organization with the BBB prior to placing my order. They also operate under the name More4LessDigital.com.

I placed an order on 2/23/17 for a Canon 7D MKII for $949.00 from BigTimeCamera.com.
After placing the order, I received an e-mail asking me to call [protected] and Ext #1 and to ask for Bruce. I do so, he tells me this camera is not in ENGLISH. Its an overseas or “Import” model. He assures me they have the lowest market price. “Bruce” tells me the camera does not come with a battery. I agreed to a new price of $1, 248.00. I paid for expedited shipping (which he waived), which turned into extra batteries a 3 year product warranty on a very generic, lump sum invoice for $1, 448.00.

I immediately called the company back on 2/23/17 and could not get anyone. I e-mailed, no responses. This morning, 2/27/17 – I searched the web for reviews and I was devastated to read not one, positive review. The BBB ratings are worse.

I called my bank today, 2/27/17 and initiated a fraud claim.
Absolutely do not do business with these people.

I ordered a camera from you, your add listed a NIKON D5500 camera body for 399. A package deal was 499.
I get an email to call BRUCE at extension #1. He informs me the camera is not in ENGLISH. I need to pay an extra 150.00 for a battery and an ENGLISH model, it also does not have WIFI.

A Black Friday Sale is that! A SALE. He then canceled my order.
On top of rudeness, obvious attempt to get more money, I sent this to Better Business Bureau.

Recently called these guys from Big Time Camera and asked them to cancel my order but they refused and said they don't do refund. I'm waiting for my camera for over two months now! I'm sick of waiting and do regret that I did not check the reviews before I made my order. When I placed my order it was said in stock, but later they told me that my order was no longer available. I asked them so what am I suppose to do now and they said that I need to be more patient and wait. I don't want to wait any longer and want to purchase from another company! But I'm not able to do that because these clowns from Big Time Camera still have my money! Avoid them at all costs!
I have no idea what to do or how to get a refund, but I will not give up until I get my money back!

I have ordered some accessories for my camera from Big Time Camera website and did not receive my package. When I contacted customer care service they tried to assure me that my order was on its way.
I gave them another chance but two weeks later I decided to ask for a refund. They did not reply and they still ignore me!
I have already left several reviews everywhere possible and also sent a complaint to the Better Business Bureau. Big Time Camera should be investigated and shut down!

These are guys are a scam. You order a product and then they tell you that the camera doesn't even come with a battery. You want a battery? Then they say it will be $34. I agree but then they charge your visa an additional $120.99 ! I call them and they tell me I agreed to the extra charges. NOT. When I called them back the customer service guy actually yelled at me. When I told them I wanted to cancel the order...they tell me I can't. Of course I have never been sent the goods. I have waited 3 weeks...my visa has been charges and I never have received any goods. Scam. Scam. Scam

Ordering from Big Time Camera was a huge mistake! When I ordered I had no idea that they sell cameras with no batteries! After they took my money they contacted me and told that I have to pay some extra if I want a battery with my camera. Then I asked them to cancel my order, because it was definitely a scam and there were still other places to buy. They said that they cannot give my money back because it's against their policy. Then I told them that I want to see the policy and they said that everything is on their website. I checked the website and found nothing! I received my camera and it was nice, but now I have to spend more money and buy a battery! I'm not satisfied.

Big Time Camera turned my life into a real nightmare! Ordered a camera and they said that there will be a battery and a charger included. So I paid for my camera and several days later I received a message that I have to pay some extra for the battery and for the charger. I really wanted that camera so I paid. But then there was another message and it said that my camera was no more in stock and that I have to pick another one! Scam! I contacted Big Time Camera customer service and asked them to cancel my order, but they refused and said they don't do refunds! After several days of arguing they finally agreed to refund me, but they said that they'll keep 20% of the total cost as a restocking fee. These people are crazy!
