Rhino Camera DE Disappointing Product Packaging & Lack of Customer Support from Rhino Camera DE: A Warning for Online Shoppers

I'm extremely disappointed with the product packaging from Rhino Camera DE. There wasn't even a Nikon warranty service paper included in the packet. When I returned the product to Rhinocamera, nobody responded from their address. It was quite strange. I'm still waiting for the money to be deposited into my bank account. I highly recommend buying from a physical shop or market instead of online. Thank you.

Rhino Camera DE Mixed Experience: Great Order and Price, but Delivery Needs Improvement

Bestellung super, Preis super! ABER! Die Auslieferung, da hackt es ganz gewaltig. Denn wenn man auf die Ware dann fast 14 Tage warten muss, mit ungenauen Informationen, das geht mal gar nicht, auch wenn der Preis der Ware ein sehr guter ist. Waren es doch noch über 2000,- und da sollte Ware schneller geliefert qerden!

Also, ich muss sagen, dass ich mit meiner Bestellung bei Rhino Camera DE wirklich zufrieden war. Der Preis war super und ich konnte ein echtes Schnäppchen machen. Aber dann kam die Auslieferung und das war wirklich ein großes Problem. Ich musste fast 14 Tage warten, bis meine Ware endlich ankam. Das ist wirklich viel zu lange, besonders wenn man bedenkt, dass ich über 2000,- dafür bezahlt habe. Ich finde, dass die Ware viel schneller geliefert werden sollte.

Außerdem waren die Informationen, die ich während des Wartens erhalten habe, sehr ungenau. Ich hatte keine genaue Vorstellung davon, wann meine Bestellung eintreffen würde. Das hat mich wirklich frustriert und ich war enttäuscht von Rhino Camera DE. Es ist wichtig, dass Kunden klare und genaue Informationen über den Lieferstatus ihrer Bestellung erhalten, damit sie besser planen können.

Trotzdem muss ich sagen, dass die Qualität der Ware wirklich gut ist. Ich bin mit meinem Kauf zufrieden und die Kamera funktioniert einwandfrei. Das ist definitiv ein Pluspunkt für Rhino Camera DE. Aber die Auslieferung muss dringend verbessert werden. Es ist wichtig, dass Kunden ihre Bestellungen schnell und zuverlässig erhalten, besonders wenn sie viel Geld dafür bezahlen.

Rhino Camera DE Warning: Terrible Experience with Rhino Camera DE - No Delivery, No Refund, and Threats from Customer Service

I'm really disappointed with my experience with Rhino Camera DE (rhinocamera.de). I ordered an item from them, but it was never delivered to me. To make matters worse, they didn't refund my money either. It's really frustrating to be left empty-handed and out of pocket.

When I decided to share my negative experience by writing a review, I never expected the response I received from their customer service. They actually threatened me, can you believe it? And to top it off, they claimed to have a so-called "legal department" in Gibraltar. It's all just ridiculous and unprofessional.

For all the German buyers out there, I've got some good news for you - there's no VAT on the bill! That means you can save some extra cash when purchasing from Rhino Camera DE (rhinocamera.de). However, if you ever need to send a product back to the UK, be prepared to follow the DHL guidelines of insurance. I recently had to send back a 7D MkII body, which unfortunately got ripped out of a kit. The whole process ended up costing me nearly 50 bucks! That's because I had to pay for the 2x 14 upgrade to reach the price of the body, plus the cost of the packet itself.

Now, let's talk about the support. They use Google Translator, which can be a bit hit or miss. I had to communicate with them regarding the return, and they were only willing to reimburse me 15 bucks for the package I sent back. To be honest, I did this just to make sure they wouldn't come back and tell me that the package was destroyed or something. It's been eight days since the package arrived back in the UK, and I still haven't received my money back. I'm starting to get a little impatient here!

Overall, Rhino Camera DE has some great deals for German buyers with the VAT exemption. However, their support could definitely use some improvement.
