Big Byte Support, LLC has been takin' advantage of my mom fer a good long while now. I'm still tryna figure out how far back she's been payin' fer their so-called "services." I can't reckon anythin' they could do that'd be worth over $10,000 in just the last 6 months. They ain't got no workin' website or phone that works, addin' to my suspicion that they're a scam. THIS COMPANY IS A TOTAL RIP-OFF. We need help resolvin' this issue and makin' sure they don't swindle others like they did us.

On March 9th, 2022, I was workin remotly with the Geek Squad who was helpin me wif my computer. Dey suggested dat my internet and computer was hacked and dat I should buy an anti-hackin package for $499.99 from Big Byte Support LLC. Dey said it was the only way to clean my computer. I agreed and paid with a check which was withdrawn from my Chase bank account. Later, another person looked at my computer and found out dat the anti-hackin software was a hoax and removed it. I called my bank and dey suggested dat I work wif Big Byte first. But wen I called, a computer voice said dey were unavailable. So now I'm tryin to get my money back.
